The brief
You share who is travelling, how many, the departure cities, preferred dates, a budget range and any destination in mind. We ask what the trip must achieve for the people on it.
Destination and proposal
A destination shortlist, hotel options and a written cost breakdown, with site visits where the group size calls for one.
One contract
You choose and sign one contract, with ICE India. We contract the hotels, transport and vetted local partners abroad, and agree the payment schedule with you.
Visas, flights and communication
Registration opens, visa applications are submitted, group flights are held and every traveller gets a briefing before departure.
On the trip
Local partners and ICE India run arrivals, transfers and excursions, with one contact for the group from departure to return.

Do you sell corporate tour packages?
No. ICE India doesn't sell fixed corporate tour packages. A group trip is priced against a brief, because the same destination costs very differently for 60 people from one city and for 600 from thirty.

- Dates and season
- Peak-season flights and hotels cost more, and a date that clashes with a holiday or a trade fair can change the plan.
- Hotel category
- Four-star or five-star, and whether single rooms are on request or for top performers only.
- Visa rules
- A visa on arrival, an e-visa and a Schengen file ask for different documents, time and fees.
- Forex and ticketing
- Both are arranged through partners and shown as lines in the proposal.
- Programme
- A conference day, an awards night or team challenges add production cost. Free afternoons don't.

Who looks after the travellers once they leave?
Travel doesn't end at check-in. ICE India plans arrivals, rooming and transfers as one plan, and the event logistics page covers delegate management for events that sit beside the trip.
Abroad, vetted local partners handle hotels, coaches and timings. ICE India keeps the group's contact point, so a delayed flight or a dietary mix-up goes to one person.

For the Edelweiss trip that meant Schengen visas, and for the Vietnam retreat 150 e-visa applications tracked one by one. The consulate makes the decision, and the dates on your plan allow for that.

ICE India has run trips from 60 to 80 people on international offsites, 75 on the Edelweiss incentive, 150 on the law firm retreat and 600+ for Tata AIG Life. On Tata AIG Life, arrivals were held to six-hour windows so check-in stayed orderly for 600.
