Prague (also locally known as Praha), the capital of the Czech Republic, is a “never off-season” destination.
Local hotels can accommodate over 90,000 people in more than 42,000 rooms. The Prague Congress Centre can host meetings for more than 9,000 delegates. The Prague Convention Bureau offers immense support in planning a MICE event.

Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines offer excellent connectivity to Prague as well as very competitive fares. Although, many groups prefer to combine the Prague, Budapest, and Vienna triangle.
The best months to visit Prague are from May to September. The weather is often quite pleasant with temperatures in the 20s°C, sunny or partly sunny skies, and mild evenings.
ITINERARY
Here's a quick guide to planning a 2-3 day trip for a group tour
or travel incentive for employees, dealers, distributors or doctors.
DAY 1
Then, walk the Royal Route, except in reverse! The original route follows the traditional coronation route of Bohemian kings, passing through the Old Town, across the Charles Bridge to the Lesser Quarter, and then a long hike up to the Castle. The trek in reverse is much easier as we'd be walking downhill and against the thronging crowds of tourists.
Stop by the medieval astronomical clock on the side of Old Town City Hall. The hourly spectacle, referred to as the 'Walk of the Apostles' features some figures moving around, a rooster call and a dancing skeleton. Prague’s Old Town (Staré Město) and Lesser Town (Malá Strana) often steal the Prague tourist show.
Besides admiring the magnificent view over Prague, you can also take a look at the Astronomical Observatory , or climb the Lookout Tower and right next to it is the well-known Maze – a hall of mirrors in the Czech Hikers´ Pavilion and the Church of St. Michael — a 17th century wooden building relocated here from a village in the Ukraine.
Wenceslas Square is really a boulevard, measuring 750m long by 60m wide. It was originally laid out as the Prague horse market 650 years ago. At the top of Wenceslas Square is the National Museum, and just off to the left is the Prague State Opera.
Alternatively, head over to Karlova Street in the Old Town for some good old souvenir shopping. Prague is one of the best European cities to indulge in some designer shopping. Prices here are relatively cheaper than elsewhere in Europe.
DAY 2
Later, head over to the Letná Park beer garden and spend the afternoon exploring and drinking some traditional Czech beers all the while enjoying the birds eye view of Prague city from this hilltop.
Or, you could drive a Russian Tank.
This is a unique team building activity, about 35 kms. outside Prague, at a former military base, Milovice. There are many activities such as paintball, shooting range, etc. The camp is focused on team communication and co-operation. The real action begins with the bus attack and kidnapping to the wasteland where they have to build a camp. The group accomplishes tactic tasks in the middle of raging battle and defend themselves under the leadership of professional soldiers against enemies. If you have a gala dinner or an awards ceremony planned,
our recommendation would be to host it on one of the special event boats on the river Vltava. The city lights would form an awesome backdrop. These are full service event boats with varying capacities, complete with technical equipment such as lighting & sound gear and AV systems. There are a wide variety of locally available entertainment options as well.READY TO REQUEST A PROPOSAL?
