These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the arbitration clause above.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
2.1 Nature of Services
ICE India provides professional planning, coordination, and third-party bookings involving non-refundable supplier advances and time-based professional effort.
2.2 Client Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Professional, consultancy, and management fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, irrespective of event execution.
2.3 Third-Party Services
Refunds for flights, hotels, venues, transport, and vendors are subject to supplier policies. ICE India is not responsible for supplier refund timelines or policies.
2.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days after deducting supplier charges, professional fees, bank fees, and incurred costs.
2.5 No-Show & Partial Utilisation
No refunds for no-shows, unused services, guest count reductions after confirmation, or client-initiated scope changes after vendor commitments.
2.6 Force Majeure Refunds
Refunds due to force majeure are subject to supplier policies. ICE India is not liable for losses arising from such events.
2.7 ICE India Service Failure
If ICE India fails to deliver due to its own fault, refunds are limited to fees paid directly to ICE India, excluding third-party supplier costs.
2.8 Chargebacks
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting resolution with ICE India.
